ARP! A bark in the dark about art.
The purpose of ARP! is to promote thinking about current art and ideas. Each issue focuses on a theme (our next issue is: The Conceptual Issue), which is approached through various means: critical essays, articles, reviews, interviews, theory, fiction, bibliographies, thought bubbles, transcripts. These can be closely or distantly related to the theme, but shall give the overall feeling of having just had a variety of thoughts about one thing. Reviews of currently showing exhibitions, as well as capsule previews of those upcoming will be featured. The idea is to serve as a focus for a dialogue about art—a filter of sorts—to get people talking about- and seeing the same things so they can have more common grounds to disagree upon. for submission details click: submit |
