SUMMARY
What is the conceptual issue? What will the outcome of this issue be? Is all art conceptual? Is it ineffectual to be so? What happens when concepts become reality? Is conceiving of a concept conceptual? What is the concept of conceptual? Has that which is conceptual already been conceived of? Huh?

We would like to cover the following topics:

The (noun) of (noun)

Four (noun pl.) (verb) to the (pun)

(verb) and (verb)

We welcome submissions of 500-1500 words related to the above and sometimes---but not necessarily---to art. Proposals are optional, but encouraged to help us balance the issue's content.

CONCEPTS:
